Ajahli's Commissions

I reserve the right to deny or cancel any commission for whatever reason.

Hateful attitudes and harassment will not be tolerated. Any behavior that is abusive towards myself, my friends, or other clients will result in the cancellation of your order and a spot on my blacklist.

I will not draw in any art style that isn't my own and I won't use someone else's style.

Art is DIGITAL ONLY! I am not yet offering physical artwork to ship, sorry.

Exceptions to my TOS may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

I won't draw someone else's character unless it's a gift or you have the owner's permission. (this does not include fan art of licensed characters, I'm moreso referring to someone's personal OCs).

Commissioned art is for your personal use only and may not be resold as prints or merchandise.

You can share the artwork anywhere you like and use it for your website, avatar, etc, but please credit me as the artist. Do not resell it or advertise it as your own work.

DO NOT TRACE, COPY OR HEAVILY REFERENCE SOMETHING I HAVE MADE FOR SOMEONE ELSE! If you did not commission it, it isn't yours to adapt or copy. End of story.

I always use previously finished commissions as portfolio pieces and examples for future commissions. I share the process publicly on my social media. If you aren't comfortable with this please let me know.

Since the art I'm completing is digital, I can email you the full size file for your own personal use. You are welcome to print it at home or in a local print shop, hang it up at home, etc.

I require half payment up front, and the other half after the commission is complete.

I don't start working on the commission until I've been paid.

Preferred payment method is paypal.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.

I offer 3 major changes to the piece for free. Small things like changing a color or a detail is no big deal, but anything that will cause me to basically dismantle the entire illustration will require additional fees.

Tips are not required but they are appreciated! ♥

Refunds are allowed during the sketch phase of the commission. If you are unhappy with the art after I have completed it, you don't have to pay the second half, but the first half is non-refundable. If, for some reason, I am unable to complete the commission, your order will be refunded in full.

If you want to order a commission, please fill out the form located in the top navigation under the "Commissions" tab. This will make it easier for me to keep track of orders.

Please provide as many references as you can. Any poses, photos, moodboards, color palettes or previously made art is SUPER helpful!

I will then send you an invoice via paypal.

After payment, you will be added to my queue on Trello. I'll provide the link so you can track your progress, but it is also in the navigation above under the "Commissions" tab.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for me to complete the artwork. I do my best to keep clients updated either on my trello or social media when I think stuff may be delayed. The most a commission may take would be a month, depending on RL events.

If you need your commission done by a certain time, please tell me!!

I send frequent updates on commissions at different stages, to check in and show my progress. If at any time you decide you want more (or less) updates, please let me know. You will have several opportunities to ask for changes or make suggestions on the works in progress.

Please don't hassle me if you see me working on personal work in tandem of commissions. Art is my job but it's also my creative outlet. Thank you for understanding ♥

You can do whatever you want with the adopt. Use them for your comics, as your mascot, whatever~!

DO NOT use my designs with the intent to harm a particular group or person

You can resell them, but unless there is extra commissioned art, don't resell them for more than you paid for them

Trading and gifting is OK!

Please credit me as the designer if you repost the ref sheet or original art design. Posting with credit on toyhouse or a personal gallery is fine. You don't have to credit me every single time you make something of the character, lol.

Do not claim the original art of the adopt as yours~ Do not erase or crop out the design credits on the image

Payment is required within 24 hours. Method preferred is Paypal USD

I accept short term holds and payment plans. Please ask me first :)

I don't accept art or character trades unless it's specifically stated in the description.

New owners will get the original file, a transparent version, and small edits if requested.

Refusal to follow my TOS to a severe degree may result in being blacklisted from owning my designs.
